What's an Extremity Adjustment?
It's the practice of manipulating the joint of an extremity to provide motion within the joint. Whenever a joint starts to lose motion they begin to break down over time. All joints can benefit from adjustments, from elbows, shoulders, knees, feet, wrists, hips, and ankles.
The goal of adjusting the extremities is to restore the original and proper alignment of the joint.
